In 1994 Herman van der Bij and Erik Stroek developed the business simulation Control-IT and put it on the market under licence. ISES and Quint Wellington Redwood have since marketed "Process-based working in an (IT) Service Management environment" with great success. For example, Hewlett Packard incorporated Control-IT in its worldwide IT Service Management training programmes (ITIL).
In 1996 Maarten Versteegh joined the team. Meanwhile, Simagine developed many other business simulations according to a proven and unique method. We are constantly working on a complete portfolio of business simulations and other interventions, to be used in both change processes and training courses in various sectors.
